I now have a wireless laptop, so I can take the Internet with me wherever I go. I know, what took me so long? Have never really felt the need before. We are going to Kentucky for two weeks to see the World Equestrian Games, and I want to use it there to check e-mail, facebook, etc. No, my phone does not have those capabilities!
Bonus-I can now use a computer while Howie is hogging the home computer to play his endless Bridge games. Yay!
So are you dependent on finding a wifi connection, or did you sign with one of the cell phone companies for a data plan on your computer? I'm dependent on finding wifi, but you'd be surprised how easy it is -- a lot of places offer free wifi now. All Starbucks locations do, so maybe it's a good thing that there's one on every corner!
ReplyDeleteyay! You can't share a computer with someone who plays games. There is no way I am going to let someone check their email while I am harvesting crops on Farmville!
